  1. Monitors conversation activity - tracks email threads, meeting follow-ups, and pending responses across your pipeline
  2. Detects stale conversations - identifies when a prospect hasn’t replied or an action item hasn’t been addressed
  3. Drafts follow-up emails - writes in your voice, preserves the subject line, includes the right context, and matches your communication style
  4. Queues for approval - every draft shows up in your approval queue. You review, edit if needed, and approve with one tap

Configuration

You control how the Follow-Up Agent behaves:
  • Timing - how long a conversation should be quiet before a follow-up is drafted (e.g., 3 days, 1 week, 2 weeks)
  • Priority - which deals or contacts should get follow-ups first
  • Approval level - require approval for every follow-up, or auto-send for low-stakes conversations
