See all your deals in a visual pipeline board. Each column represents a stage, and each card is a deal with key details visible at a glance: deal name, company, value, last activity date, and owner.Customizing stages
Go to Settings → Pipeline → Stages to create, rename, reorder, or delete stages. Common setups include:- Lead → Qualified → Meeting Booked → Proposal Sent → Negotiation → Closed Won / Closed Lost
- Or any structure that matches how your team actually sells
How deals move through stages
Octolane’s agents can automatically advance deals based on real signals. For example:- A meeting gets booked → deal moves to “Meeting Booked”
- A proposal is sent via email → deal moves to “Proposal Sent”
- A conversation goes quiet for 30+ days → deal is flagged as at risk
