This usually happens when not all permissions were granted during setup. Go to Settings → Integrations → Gmail & Calendar, click the three-dot menu next to the disconnected account, select Reconnect, and make sure you grant all required permissions.

Check that the Signal script is loading on your site - open your browser’s developer tools, go to the Network tab, and filter for “octolane.” If the script isn’t loading, verify it’s in your site’s
<head> tag. If it is loading but you’re not seeing data, give it 15-30 minutes for the first visitors to appear.Agents aren't creating deals from my email
Agents aren't creating deals from my email
Make sure your email account is connected and showing as active in Settings → Integrations. The Deal Finder Agent needs a few hours to process your email history on first connect. If it’s been more than 24 hours with no deals detected, email us and we’ll look into it.
