Every business sells differently. Octolane lets you customize your data model - fields, objects, and properties - so your CRM reflects how your team actually works.
Custom fields
Add custom fields to any object (deals, contacts, companies) to track the data that matters to you. Field types include text, number, date, dropdown, multi-select, currency, URL, email, phone, and checkbox.
Go to Settings → Data Model to manage custom fields.
Custom objects
Beyond the standard objects (deals, contacts, companies), you can create custom objects for anything your workflow needs - products, projects, partnerships, or any other entity.
Properties and relationships
Define relationships between objects. For example, link a custom “Product” object to deals so you can track which products are associated with which opportunities.
AI-compatible fields
Custom fields work with Octolane’s AI features. You can create Custom AI Fields that automatically populate based on your conversations and data sources.
