The Activity Feed is a single, chronological timeline of everything that happens in your CRM. Every email, meeting, agent action, website visit, note, and deal update - all in one place.

Where you’ll find it

Activity feeds appear in three places:
  • Deal page - shows all activity related to a specific deal
  • Contact page - shows all activity related to a specific person
  • Company page - shows all activity related to a specific company
There’s also a global activity feed accessible from the sidebar that shows recent activity across your entire CRM.

What shows up

  • Emails sent and received
  • Meetings scheduled and completed
  • Agent actions - follow-ups drafted, outreach sent, deals created
  • Website visits (via Signal)
  • Notes added (by you or by AI)
  • Deal stage changes
  • Contact and company enrichment updates
  • Form submissions

Filtering activity

Use filters to narrow the feed by activity type, date range, team member, or agent. This is useful for reviewing what happened with a specific deal last week or seeing all agent actions in the past 24 hours.
