Find anything in your CRM instantly. Save custom views for the data you check often, filter by any field, and search across deals, contacts, companies, emails, and notes.

Saved views

Create saved views for the data you look at regularly:
  • “My open deals” - all deals owned by you that aren’t closed
  • “Stale deals” - deals with no activity in the last 14 days
  • “Enterprise prospects” - companies with 500+ employees
  • “Hot leads this week” - contacts who visited the website and opened an email
Go to any list page (deals, contacts, companies), apply filters, and click Save View. Your saved views appear in the sidebar for quick access.

Filters

Filter any list by:
  • Standard fields - stage, owner, value, date created, last activity
  • Custom fields - any field you’ve added to your data model, including AI fields
  • Activity - last email sent, last meeting, number of interactions
  • Signal data - website visits, pages viewed, visit frequency
Combine multiple filters with AND/OR logic to create precise segments. The global search bar searches across everything - deals, contacts, companies, emails, meeting transcripts, notes, and agent activity. Type any keyword, name, or phrase to find it. You can also use AI Chat for natural language searches: “Show me all deals over $10K that haven’t had activity this week.”
