Octolane takes the security of your data seriously. Here’s how we protect it.

Data encryption

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). This includes emails, calendar data, contact records, meeting transcripts, and all CRM data.

Data handling

  • Octolane reads your email and calendar data to operate your CRM - detecting deals, creating contacts, and powering agents
  • Your data is not shared with third parties
  • Your data is not used to train AI models
  • You can export or delete your data at any time

Access controls

  • Role-based permissions (Admin and Member roles)
  • Each team member only sees data from their connected accounts and shared workspace data
  • Agent actions are logged and auditable

Infrastructure

Octolane is hosted on secure, SOC 2-compliant cloud infrastructure. Data is stored in the United States.

Deleting your data

You can delete your workspace and all associated data from Settings → Workspace → Delete Workspace. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
