Data encryption
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). This includes emails, calendar data, contact records, meeting transcripts, and all CRM data.Data handling
- Octolane reads your email and calendar data to operate your CRM - detecting deals, creating contacts, and powering agents
- Your data is not shared with third parties
- Your data is not used to train AI models
- You can export or delete your data at any time
Access controls
- Role-based permissions (Admin and Member roles)
