What you can do

Ask questions about your pipeline:
  • “What’s the latest with the Acme deal?”
  • “How many deals did we close this month?”
  • “Which deals haven’t had activity in two weeks?”
  • “Show me all contacts at companies with more than 50 employees”
Give instructions to agents:
  • “Draft a follow-up to Sarah about the pricing discussion”
  • “Send outreach to the last 10 companies that visited our pricing page”
  • “Create a deal for my meeting with Stripe tomorrow”
Get summaries and insights:
  • “Summarize my pipeline this week”
  • “What should I focus on today?”
  • “Which deals are at risk of going stale?”

How it works

AI Chat has full access to your CRM data - deals, contacts, companies, emails, meetings, website visits, and agent activity. When you ask a question, it searches across everything and gives you a direct answer. When you give an instruction, it routes the task to the right agent. For example, “Draft a follow-up to Sarah” sends the request to the Follow-Up Agent, which drafts the email and puts it in your approval queue.

Where to find it

AI Chat is always available from the sidebar in your Octolane dashboard. Click the chat icon or use the keyboard shortcut to open it.
