The approval queue
Open the approval queue from your sidebar. Each item shows:- Which agent is requesting the action
- What it wants to do - send an email, create a deal, update a record
- Why - the context that triggered the action (e.g., “conversation has been quiet for 7 days”)
- The full draft - the email text, deal details, or suggested update
Your options
For each item, you can:- Approve - the action goes through as drafted
- Edit and approve - make changes to the draft, then send
- Dismiss - reject the action. The agent learns from your decision over time.
What goes through the queue
Actions that affect external communication always require approval:- Emails drafted by the Follow-Up Agent
- Outreach messages drafted by the Outreach Agent
- Any response suggested by an agent
Notification settings
Configure how you’re notified about pending approvals:- In-app - badge count on the approval queue icon
- Email digest - daily or weekly summary of pending items
- Real-time - get notified immediately for high-priority items
