Many deals happen over WhatsApp - especially in markets where messaging is the primary business communication channel. The WhatsApp integration brings those conversations into Octolane so nothing falls through the cracks.

What it does

  • Syncs conversations - WhatsApp messages appear in the Activity Feed on the relevant contact and deal records
  • Creates contacts - new WhatsApp conversations can automatically create contact records
  • Powers agents - the Deal Finder Agent can detect deals from WhatsApp conversations, and the Follow-Up Agent can monitor WhatsApp threads for stale conversations

Setting it up

Go to Settings → Integrations → WhatsApp and follow the connection flow.
