Week 2: rhythm

  • Approval queue every morning, 15 minutes max
  • All demos recorded; review summaries instead of taking notes
  • Friday: ask AI Chat for “deals with no activity in 7 days”

Week 3+: leverage

  • Install Signal on your site
  • Turn on auto-follow-up with manual approval
  • Start drafting outreach to Signal-identified ICP visitors
