Setup
- Turn on auto-follow-up drafts with manual approval
- Set follow-up windows per stage (e.g. 2 days post-demo, 7 days post-proposal)
- Save a view: “Drafts awaiting approval”
- Calendar block 15 minutes daily at the same time
Daily ritual
