How it works
- The bot accepts every calendar invite that matches your auto-record rules.
- It joins the call at start time and records the full session.
- After the call, you get a transcript, a recap (TL;DR, key discussion points, decisions, action items), and speaker analytics. Usually within a few minutes.
- Action items become tasks. AI fields on the opportunity update from what was said. Everything attaches to the timeline.
Auto-record rules
Pick one mode in Settings → Meeting Intelligence:- All meetings. Record every meeting with a conference link.
- External meetings. Record only meetings with at least one outside attendee. (Most common for founder-led sales.)
- Meetings I manually invite. The bot only joins when you explicitly add the notetaker to the invite.

Every recorded call shows up in the Meetings view with:- Meeting title and duration
- Linked accounts
- Participants (color-coded badges)
- Date
