  • Account. A company record. Auto-created from emails, meetings, and form submissions.
  • Contact. A person record, linked to an Account.
  • Opportunity. A deal record with a stage, amount, and close date. Auto-detected from email.
  • Task. A first-class to-do with an owner, due date, and completion state.
  • Pipeline. An ordered set of stages a deal moves through.
  • Stage. A step in a pipeline with entry/exit criteria and a probability.
  • AI field. A custom field that fills itself in by reading your conversations.
  • Signal. A real-time identification of a company visiting your website.
  • View. A saved filter + columns + sort across any object.
  • Activity. Any email, meeting, note, or AI action on a record’s timeline.
  • Approval queue. Where AI-drafted actions wait for your review.
  • Custom object. A new record type beyond Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities (Team plan).
